Have you ever heard the story of the Mash Machine Imperial Stout? It’s quite the tale. For days our brewers poured insane amounts of grain, and whatever else they could find, into the mash tun. The vessel kept eating up it like it was some type of machine! After we fed the Mash Machine everything we possibly could, it spat out the darkest beer we’ve ever seen… An Imperial Stout so dark no light shines through it. What else could we do at that point but load it into bourbon barrels for two months to soak? This full-bodied beer boasts loads of chocolate and roasted malt paired with a boozy character and makes the perfect sipper.
