12oz can picked up at Big Head's in Missoula, MT; first from Ruby Valley; 10 ibu
Poured into an Allagash tulip
P clear gold w/ a slight chill haze; tiny white head that recedes almost instantly
N sharp earthy/herbal hops and crackery malt
T lots sweet crackery/lightly bready cereal malt; a touch of honey; hints of floral notes as well; finishes with earthy/herbal hops; very light bitterness; a subtle, peach-like fruity element in there too as it warms
Mf light-med bodied (although seems fuller at times); lightly creamy; med carb level
O a well-made kölsch; would have again
