Tap pour in a glass at the taproom. Served chilled.
Black colored body. Beige head which becomes an island and ring. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of roasted caramel malts and some floral hops.
Taste is roasted dark bread malts, caramel, and a touch of floral hops. All linger into the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Crisp finish. Bitterness is moderate. Good carbonation.
As described by the brewer this is easy to drink and does not get overly bitter or sour.
