Had P-Nit-Butta at Red Silo, Cookeville, Tenn., on draft into nonic pint.
Pours dark brown, transmitting only a little gold light at the edges, with 1-finger light tan head, which quickly dissipates to a persistent ring, leaving sketchy lace down the glass. Moderated aroma of peanut butter to start and continuing, joined by some mild caramel and roast malts. Initial hop bite on drinking, which carries into mild malt, moderate sweet peanut butter, and some bitter roast malts to balance out the finish.
