15 IBU. The goal of Yuzuagi Yojimbo (besides referencing a Samurai-rabbit cartoon character) was to make the ultimate summer beer. With 6 hands on deck in Ålesund, we crafted the finest rice lager the land has ever seen. Molo Brew and Churcheim together collaborating to bring you the best. We topped the whole project with a blend of fresh Yuzu just to bring it up another knotch! Cheers to Beers!

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Clear and very pale golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of yuzu fruit. Light bodied for its strength. Dry flavour of yuzu fruit, hints of rice and pilsener malts in the background, low bitterness.
