At my lady Pamela's house; canned and chilled, from Small Batch Dispatch's November 2024 curation. My second beer from the fine Whitby, Ontario brewery...
My second time is from their April 2025 curation, on August 5. I upped my rating from 3.75 to 4. 473mL in a nonic pint glass...

Poured from a 500ml bottle.
L: Pale straw and slightly hazy, with a lots of visibly active carbonation that forms a white moussey head with decent retention.
S: Predominantly lemon candy, but with an interesting brine-like quality of pickle juice underneath.
T: Muted sweetness and soft lemon gets things going, followed up by light soda cracker notes. A nice hint of acidity keeps things just bright enough but never overreaches. The bitterness is pleasantly restrained and does linger a little after the clean finish. The ethanol characters do start to show through if allowed to warm up, so best to drink this while still fairly cold.
F: Medium bodied, with a soft carbonation give this beer an appropriate mouthfeel to keep things interesting.
O: This is a nicely balanced beer. Everything is turned down in this to make it delicate and well-rounded. Not as crisp as a lager, it's just as clean and refreshing. Definitely a summertime beer, with all its light, bright characteristics.
