Copenhagen 29/5 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Very Rock’N Roll label with a band smashing their instruments.
Pours unclear orange yellow with big white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is yeasty, sweetish and fruity. Sweet banana, caramel, light hints of brown sugar. Bready. Humid basement.
Medium carbonation. Slightly thick, oily and tingling texture.
Flavor has strong sweetness followed by more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish but avoids being cloying. Lingers for a while.
Sweet but pretty intense Belgian with a moderate ABV. A bit too sweet to be truly Rock’N Roll - but nice.
