Copenhagen 16/8 2020. 33 cl bottle from Brdr. D Vinhandel, Nygade, Silkeborg. Clumsy drawing of some bikers sitting by the outlet of an oil pipeline drinking dark substances.
Pours opaque dark brown with a medium-sized off-white, yellowish head. Bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, boozy odor mingling with a fresh, citric fruitiness. Dark, sweet fruit. Sharp alcohol. A whiff of citrus and oranges.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with an boozy edge.
Well balanced and potent. Good advertisement for drinking your motor-oil straight from the pipe.
