Copenhagen 14/10 2018. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Weirdly colored drawing of Hades surrounded by flames in the Underworld drinking beer with Cerberus and Charon. Funny idea but not very well done.
Pours opaque dark brown with very big tan head. Settles as 5 cm thick crown of foam. Substantial lacing Aroma is dampened by the massive foam.
Aroma is sweet and of Chocolate, coconut, fermented dark fruit. Metallic edge of fairly strong alcohol.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, lively texture.
Flavor is strong and sweet but not particularly heavy. Medium sweetness followed by light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet.
Surprisingly light alcoholic burn for a beer with a ABV of 10. Sweet but quite light and easily drinkable stout.
