Copenhagen 23/9 2018. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Bryggervangen, Kbh Ø. Label looks like the cover of a half-assed module in Dungeons & Dragons. The Medusa seems to be some kind of Angel with a light and a dark wing and hops growing in her hair. Preferable compared to snakes I suppose.
Pours hazy, slightly dirty yellow with very big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Clinging to the side of the glass. Very moderate lacing.
Aroma is fresh and fruity with the wheat chiming in. Lemonade-ish with citrus and sweetish malts. Light spiciness with some black pepper.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, soft and lightly prickly texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a medium bitterness with a citric twist. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers shortly.
Pretty mellow well balanced beer with a solid touch of wheat.
