I had this beer at a bar in Amersfoort on Oct, 25 2007.
A clear, filtered golden beer with no visible carbonation and a thin head.
Smell is malty and a little husky and it has a little biscuity sweetness tucked away in the back.
Taste is medium bitter with a very clean yeast profile. The malt is a bit sweet and biscuity. Hops are in here, but hoppiness is not really pronounced, just a little German. Carbonation is very low, it is not visible and mouthfeel could have benefit from a bit more CO2. A good example of a Kolsch. It reminds me of several German counterparts. Good beer!
