Not much head and fastly dissapearing and a black beercollor. Nose is lots of sweet corn with some maltyness partly burnt and caramellic, fresh cut grass and overafll not the freshest. Taste is sweet, caramellic collor mostle but aswell litle from malts. sweet, very low bitterness and must have made a mistake saying i smelled roast as there can't be much in there. probably also forgotten to add some hops while cooking this one. Well overall a IMO dull brew without anything great to tell about as to say hopefully next year they show more caracter and add some bitterness and roasty parts in it and hell yeah a litle dryer wouldn't be bad either.

Almost black, with ruby reflexes. Brown head, very creamy, not too thick.
The smell is alpine herbs, rhubarb, very toasted, and something resin.
Chocolate in the taste, with coffee, rhubarb, and very toasted again. Background of resin and raisins.
Maybe alcohol slightly too perceptible.
Almost full in body. Woody, earthy aftertaste, with bitter herbs (chicory).
