I bought this beer a few month ago during a visit at the Prael berewery in the center from Amsterdam. They had some beers from collegue brewers and i decided to buy a few just to try them.
There are not many Dutch tripels which are good. This one is a good try but not more than that. Poured in my Struise glass this beers starts promising. Fluid is darker yellow and cloudy with two fingers broken white head. No carbonation visible.
Smell is not bad but not spectacular. The taste, and that is most important for a beer, is not inviting, a bit too bitter. I don't get a tripel feeling drinking this one. Maybe the bottle was too old?

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
