As we are always keen to experiment, it was just a matter of time before we got our hands on one of the most fascinating ingredients on the market - Phantasm powder, made of dried Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, that unlocks strong tropical fruit aromas in beer. In our case it is a hazy IPA that we brewed in collaboration with our good friends from Lithuania - Nisha craft beer bars and shops.
