Tonka, Vanilla & Coffee DOUBLE MASH IMPERIAL PASTRY STOUT
In this collab with Ziemia Obiecana (Poland) we used almost 1000 kg of malt to create a double mashed malt beast of a stout, which turned out satisfyingly thick and sippable. Tonka, vanilla and coffee push it into pastry territory, revealing a complex sweetness profile.
