I am never enthusiastic about by beer in a green bottle, but seeing I was in the town where this was brewed, I was hopping it was fresh. It was.
A - A finger of pure white head on a hazy yellow body. Visible carbonation.
S - Plain lager-like aroma.
T - After an initial punch of bitterness, quickly turns sweetly malty.
M - Fresh and vibtant carbonation on a medium body.
D - Simple and refreshing.

330 mL, green glass bottle, capped. "Best before" date stamped on cap. Purchased in Kamakura, Japan (a town near this brewery).
This beer poured a clear, golden-straw color with tall, white foam that left some lace on the glass. The smell was malty with some bitter hops. The taste was malty, slightly sweet, with a fruity, floral hop finish, and a slightly bitter aftertaste. There was also a bit of skunkiness in the flavor. The mouthfeel was smooth with medium body and carbonation, and with a rather long lasting hoppy aftertaste. This beer went down fairly easily.
