I wish I'd googled the hops BEFORE I bought the beer, but alas! Here's hoping it's better than Ivanhoe.
Hazy amber gold with a finger of head. It smells delectable-- candied fruit, lemon peel, and light biscuity beeriness.
It tastes damned good. More bitter and citrus-forward than anticipated, with the expected earthy-herbal punch delayed until the final moment. Aftertaste is light and clean. Overall, tasty. Refreshing as well. Do try.
