The staff was friendly and the beer was good. We didn't have any food but a couple near us had some kind of pizza that smelled delicious. My personal favorite was the Cloud Castle Scottish Ale.

Small brewpub in a small strip mall at the corner of Kirby and Cobb streets. Food available but we didn't have anything to eat. Beer was excellent. Approximately 14 beers on tap. Good size bar and a number of tables available. Brewer and beertender were both friendly. Located in a neighborhood setting near Cascades Park. Would be a place I visited often if I lived in Jackson.

This brewery just opened a few months ago, but they have started fast and are well ahead of where most breweries might be in terms of beer quality at this young age. The place is located in an end unit of a strip mall with ample parking in front and to the side. The bar sits against the rear wall and there are an ample number of tables/chairs for a large crowd. The brewing equipment was visible along one wall, and the place has a good vibe to it. The service was good because of the sparse crowd at the time of our visit.

We stopped here to try their beers and to have a late lunch. It was not busy at all on a Thursday afternoon. There were 16 beers on tap (out of 20 taps), so we ordered two 4-glass flights so that we could try a good sampling to evaluate this brewery. (One additional sample was comped by the bartender, so we tried 9 beers total.) Every one was brewed very well to style (and exceeded style) except one, the Bumble Hop Wheat. All of the rest of the beers scored in a range of 3.5 to 4.0 (4 of the beers had the 4.0 score) so that the overall grade was 3.69.

The food that we ordered was great. It ended up getting a higher rating score than the beer. This is a place that is a little out of the way if you are passing thru on I-94, but the detour is worth it if you have the time.
