Happiness, nostalgia, a bit of the past, but also of the future. That's what we want to convey with our Coconut Smile, a Pastry Stout with lots of coconut, cocoa, honey, vanilla and lactose.
An ode to the gathering of diverse, free and happy people, celebrating this union with a good beer.
People being people, in the plural. Together, dancing, hugging, chatting at a bar table.
The way we were and will soon be again, because #insciencewetrust.

Copenhagen 1/6 2021. 47,3 cl can from Ølkassen web-shop. Drawing of a loving and caring dance floor where everybody for some reason has green nutty heads.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small beige head. Bubbly. Disappears completely after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a candy-like, sugary sweet odor laced in a monumental scent of coconut. Brown sugar, Malibu liqueur, almonds, coconut milk and alcohol.
Almost no carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, oily, viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sugary sweetness followed by a modest bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering. Finish is sweet and slightly dry.
Quite the boozy coconut bomb. Overwhelmingly sweet but very intense and hard to ignore.
