5 oz brewery pour.
Dark slick black body with a creamy fingernail of grey head. Lace sticks to the glass in a comely fashion.
Aroma is of sweetly roasted coffee beans and some ashy campfire.
Flavor is much of the same - roasted coffee and slight ash with the addition of some slight milk chocolate and stony mineral.
Creamy feel, not too thin (surprising for a nitro pour), and soft carbonation.
Overall a decent stout, would have again, adequate execution of the coffee stout style -- and finally a beer that doesn't thin itself into water when served on nitro.

This is a lovely pour. Nearly black with a creamy tan head. Lots of lacing.
Aroma is chocolate, roast, maybe a hint of molasses. Surpringly aromatic for a nitro beer.
Taste is chocolate, roast coffee, a hint of char and a touch of sweetness.
Mouthfeel is luscious, thick and creamy. An outstanding milk stout.

Remedy Brewing Cow Tippah Nitro, 6.3% ABV, 39 IBU. Pours black and medium viscosity, with a one finger tan nitro head. Nose is lactose and strong chocolate/cocoa. Taste follows with a notable sweetness, and a slight bitter close. Excellent smooth mouthfeel. Overall outstanding.
