On-tap at Remedy Brewing Company, Sioux Falls, SD
A: The beer is black when viewed from afar, but when held up to the light it is clear dark red in color. It poured with a collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of chocolate malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is very chocolatey with hints of dark malts and a bit of sweetness. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied but a little light and "fluffy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and has nice chocolate cake-like aromas and flavors.
