16 ounce crowler canned 3 days ago. Poured into tulip.
Pours brightly orange, some chill haze but mostly clear body, peachy colored. Fingers worth of big soapy bubbles and great lacing on the glass.
Grassy, grapefruit, floral nose. Bright and citrusy. Really nails the nose here.
Dank first, then muted grapefruit. Grassy, grainy and slightly buttery finish.
The off flavor affects the drinkability only a little bit but getting past the off flavor as it warms helps.
I love what this brewery is doing, they’re making great beer. While this one had some off flavor it still shows some range. Looking forward to what this brewery has in store in the future.
