Pale yellow with fluffy, clingy white head – very lagery.
Pale grainy nose with no hops – very much not to style.
Sweet white sliced pan and big noble bite.
Citrus rind finish and long bitter leave.
Crisp, round, clean.
I’d believe this was a Czech Pilsner. Lots of bitterness, just no APA aroma character. Then again, also has a 7/12 expiry date (!) so did it lose all its top notes?
