This is Niwa Satoshi’s first beer at Iwate Kura after moving there from Hakusekikan. Made with some of his wild yeast

Had a pint of this on tap at Popeye's in Ryogoku, Japan. Amazingly sweet apple, apricot, mango and other citrus notes coming off this brew. Beautiful golden hue to the beer as well. My first lambic beer -- not for those who don't enjoy a strong fruity taste with their beer. However, found that this went extremely well with a salad as a sort of fruity backdrop. Would definitely recommend if you are with a woman who doesn't like to drink, or if you are looking for a sweet dessert beer.
