Amber color with a thick off-white head with good retention and leaving laces.
Malty aroma with notes of caramel and mild grapefruit citrusy. Dry hop is hidden in its malty base.
Flavor with notes of grapefruit, pine, toasted and caramel malts, spices and pineapple core. Dry and bitter aftertaste. 53 IBUs sounds right.
Medium body with appropriate carbonation. Alcohol of 7,5% is hidden in its malty base.
Traditional American IPA still with a mild British accent probably given its malty base and focus on grapefruit. Interesting pricing.
