-deep amber tap pour with some haze and a1 cm tan, cap. The lacing is beautiful. The aroma is very light. The flavor is full and malt dominated. It is woody with low to moderate hop bitterness. The Centennial hop is most prominent. The mouthfeel is smooth. There is an odd (off?) flavor but this is enjoyable.
