Lumpy reduction from a four-finger head. Slow to recede. Excellent 3D streaks and spots for lace. The liquid is dirty gold with a minor haze.
Dry aroma with a bit peach (think the dry stone).
The dryness comes through at the beginning of the taste. Decent body with neutral carbonation. The "wild" flavors is less pronounced than most. The peach is solidly present, particularly in the swallow. A bitter finish, which I believe comes from the yeast, although I think there's some hop presence as well. Moderate length aftertaste.
