A: Pours an opaque yet still clear black in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation along the edges of the glass and moderate dark cola brown + garnet red colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall foamy tan head that quickly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of peanut butter over moderate aromas of dark roasted malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness. Moderate aromas of dark bakers chocolate and hints of vanilla.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of dark roasted + dark + chocolate malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of peanut butter + dark bakers chocolate and hints of vanilla. Light to moderate amounts of roasty bitterness which slowly fades away.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with a low ABV and well hidden alcohol. Enjoyable with pleasant flavors + aromas from the peanut butter and chocolate.
