Chill vibe and a solid impression overall. Open warehouse at the end of the universe, in the back of an industrial park. Entrance is in the back, past some barrels and patio tables. Inside there is a large seating area on the left, open brewery on the right, and an angled bar in the back.

The bar was lined with classic comic covers and merch featuring the reaper character. 80’s music and other good music playing. Iron Maiden pinball, mini arcade TMNT & Mortal Kombat. Live plants dotted the space, natural light filtered in from skylights above.

Bartender was friendly and answered our questions.

Beer quality was good, variety was mostly lagers, hazies, IPA’s. Standouts were a red rye DIPA, chocolate pretzel porter, and a Mexican dark lager.

Light snacks included cheese pizza, giant pretzel, and locally made breadsticks.

Nice place overall, good vibes and beers.

 

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon after failing to capture the title at my trivia league's championship. Beer will soothe me, thought I. As is rather common these days in this area, BH is located in a commercial/industrial mall, otherwise pretty nondescript. Inside, and I mean this with joviality and positivity, the place is like your buddy's finished basement was stretched to accommodate more seating and then splashed with some (beer) nerd accoutrements throughout. Also a second toilet. Dig the feel, very comfortable (could use some of my buddy's couches, but what're ya gonna do?). The beers on offer had a solid range, with a blonde, a red, a kolsch, and a Mexican lager making their ways to my mouth-hole, others, (un)lucky, remaining behind. Staff and even the other patrons were all cool and easy to talk to. I don't believe there was any food on offer, but regardless none entered me, so nothing to report. All in all, a solid place that I just wish was decidedly closer to me so I can check it out more often.

 

A brewery that prides themselves in taking their time to make quality brews...ipas and stouts r my thing and most visits I walk away so happy...the habanero stout was the best Mexican stout in the planet!!!

 

Warehouse location with plenty of room to grow, but starting with a modest brewhouse.
Interesting chevron shaped bar fronted with 20 stools. Several tables seat 40 or so and a lounge area for more intimate seating for a few.
Amusements include video games and a foosball table that keep's things lively.
8 house only draft options range from tart to roasty, and from sour to piney with just enough malt for balance. Well crafted beer that won't blow your head off.
Service is smart and invested in the business.

Newly opened in July 2017, it is located in an industrial park, somewhat hard to find as many breweries in the area. Parking has overflow in a Target lot. Video games, board games, TVs and music as entertainment. Medium long bar. Owners were informative and talked about have several selections on tap. Sampled only four beers but hope to try more. Some were better than others but they will get their brewing chops soon as with any just opened taproom. Food trucks in very near future.

Great atmosphere, great owners, great beer, great tunes, Mario Kart! and gold fish crackers, what else do ya need.
