Issue # 28
Appearance - Pours a hazy banana yellow with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - banana, clove, pepper, coriander, bubblegum aromas, earthy, leafy, and floral hops, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, and floral hops upfront then quickly goes into the bold notes of banana, clove, pepper, and coriander alongside the bubblegum aromas. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth with the banana, clove, and pepper lingering.
Overall - A pleasant and quaffable hefe that displays all elements well. I like how all elements work well together. A nice find and treat.
