Spruce Tip Ale
Sweet spruce notes on the nose. The pallet is dominated by spruce that lingers on the tongue. Crisp and easy drinking.

Issue # 34
Appearance - Pours a copper with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - earthy, leafy, and hint of piney hops, hint of pine resin, earthy spruce needle aromas, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - earthy, leafy, and hint piney hops upfront. The hint of pine resin follows suit but then quickly goes into the pleasant earthy spruce needle comes with a vengeance. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the spruce tips lingering.
Overall - A pleasant spruce tip beer that certainly delivers on the spruce taste. This is up there with Garrison's version. A nice find from a brewery that as of late continues to impress.
