Issue # 40.
Appearance - Pours a hazy apricot with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus and tropical hops, sour aromas, citrus and orange peel, mango, peach, papaya, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - citrus and tropical hops upfront although a tad light. The sour aromas come through next followed by the citrus and orange peel, mango, peach, and papaya. The brew is finished off by the bready malts and earthy yeast.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes tart and sticky with the elements lingering.
Overall - A sessionable brew that showcases the sour element very nicely. I was hoping the hops would be a bit more potent to allow for tropical fruit notes. Still, an engageable and drinkable brew.
