Poured a golden amber color with a tall white head. Yup, looks like a refreshing beer.
The taste was far more pronounced than many lagers, a touch of sweetness and a tiny bit of floral hops to round it out.
The feel was light and crisp, exactly what I was craving on a hot summer day.
OA, glad to have been able to try this beer, it was a treat today.

Sure enough, this hit all the proverbial notes as I really enjoyed this beer, even though it was categorized incorrectly on here. This was an American Lager and good one at that since it was nicely balanced, plenty bright, and oh-so-easy to drink without being watered down!
Such a lovely, golden hue to this as it was nearly angelic in appearance when held up to the light. Plenty of suds topped this off as they offset the clarity of the liquid quite nicely. Not much lacing was left behind as just a few spotty suds were scattered along the bottom half of my glass. Loads of sulfur, straw, and Noble Hops were in the stately aroma as the taste was full of those, with some grass, sourdough bread, and grain to round out the flavor. Nicely slick, slightly doughy, and moderately carbonated, there was a lot to like here *if* you were into this style and looking for a brew that was nearly a session brew without feeling overly unbalanced or skunky. The slightly floral finish mentioned on the label was to be found here underneath everything else as it's mention of European and American hops had me thinking that this contained Hallertau or Sapphire to go with something more contemporary from these parts. A mellow hint of dew and fields of grain stuck around in the aftertaste as they easily left me wanting for more.
Sure, this wasn't a true session beer but if you loved something of this sort, you'd easily want another of these after finishing one of these proud boys off. No date was to be found anywhere on here, which was the only way that this brew could be improved. Lots to savor here for those willing to take the time to enjoy this, as Weathered Ground has a winner with this flagship brand. This was craft malt certified, which only added to this brew's appeal, and enjoyment in the end!

On a hot day this was refreshing. Golden pour with some white foam. Smell had very little to offer. Tasted clean and notes of graham cracker. Finish was smooth. Not exciting, but did the trick and a good BBQ beer.
