A- pours a deep amber color with a creamy off-white head that has great retention and lacing
S- peppery yeast, clove, banana, some light cinnamon
T- spicy Belgian yeast up front gives notes of clove, banana & some phenolic notes. The finish is peppery and spicy with a long yeasty linger
M- medium body with medium carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that continues into the finish, high drinkability
O- packed with flavor while remaining very drinkable, good stuff
