On tap at WG Anniversary Party
A- pours deep black in color with a creamy brown head that has amazing retention, long after the pour
S- grainy malt and chocolate, plenty of barrel-forward aromas of oak and a hint of vanilla
T- very barrel-forward up front with barrel juice and oak notes. Mid-palate brings out big caramel notes, as well as dark fruits and chocolate. The finish gives more bourbon barrel and grainy malt
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel and finish
O- looking forward to more barrel projects to come
