32oz crowler poured into a tulip
A- pours jet black in color with a one-finger dark khaki head that has great retention
S- bold espresso on the nose with some herbal and earthy roasted aromas, followed by undertones of chocolate, charred wood, black licorice, fruity pebbles, caramel & vanilla cream
T- rich dark chocolate and espresso dominate up front, along with sweet notes of caramel, molasses and brownies. The finish gives more espresso, charred malt and a hint if dark fruit, lingers of chocolate cream
M- medium-heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a thick and creamy mouthfeel with a chewy, slightly warming finish
O- a big and bold coffee stout that turns Struggle Street up a notch, good stuff
