Strong lager brewed with caramel flavored malts and smoked malt. Cold aged for a VERY LONG time to provide extra smoothness. Switch gears from your IPA's with this Bold bock that deserves your attention.

16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a deep caramel-ruby color with a one-finger off-white head that eventually reduces to a ring around the glass
S- caramel and toffee up front, followed by herbal tea leaves and bread crust, just a hint of smoked malt
T- sweet and malty up front with notes of caramel and toffee, followed by notes of brown bread and a hint of black tea-like bitterness. The finish brings out just a hint of smoked malt, that balances nicely with the malty sweetness.
M- medium-heavy body with moderate carbonation leads to a creamy mouthfeel that finishes velvety and almost chewy
O- easy drinking and well balanced, a nice selection for a spring/summer evening
