16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a pale yellow color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- smells of acidic lemon peel, yogurt, straw and grainy malt
T- light and fruity up front up front with notes of lemon and berries, followed by just a hint of tart funk, adding some some lactic yogurt-like notes. The finish is dry with more lemon and a hint of tartness on the linger
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a crisp dry finish
O- if there was every such a thing as a session sour, this is it
