Treat yerself to deliciously whimsical notes of toasted bread, caramel, and toffee. Medium bodied and zeroed in on the sweet European malts we love. We brew a batch every year to accompany our Irish Stout for St. Patrick’s Day. This conspicuous elixir will feel like you are kissing the Blarney Stone with every sip.

3/1/24 On tap at brewery in Ghent WV

Coffee, stoney and bubblegum on the nose.

Starts off metallic, slight bready, and caramel bites in the taste with a slight bitterness. It doesn't have much in the way any flavors that really stand out, but decent Irish Red. Definitely grows in us at it warms up!

Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a pretty amber color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is mild, some malts, not a lot going on. Taste has lots of malts, caramel, slightly sweet, highly refreshing. Feels medium bodied in the mouth and overall is a pretty good beer.

16oz can poured into a tulip

A- pours a clear amber color with a ruby hue, one-finger foamy off-white head reduces to a ring around the glass

S- toasted bread crust, caramel, toffee, dried leaves, nutty malt, spicy hop undertones

T- malty caramel and toffee notes up front are followed by notes of brown bread crust. mid-palate gives a hint of floral hops, the finish gives nutty caramel

M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish

O- a solid Irish Red that is bursting with flavor yet remains very drinkable
