This traditional English-style Mild Ale is pale in color with notes of licorice, toffee and an earthy floral aroma from the inclusion of noble hops. It's Mild, but it's also Wonderful!

The things Weathered Ground is doing in WV is amazing!! Best WV brewery and the simplicity of this mild ale is pure class. So dang flavorful for its abv! One of the best session ales I’ve ever had. Could drink this all day every day

16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a deep amber color with a one-finger foamy off-white head that reduces to a ring around the glass
S- smells of toffee, fruity berries, a hint of diacetyl, roasted nuts, with light undertones of floral hops
T- caramel and toffee up front mix with notes of red berries and walnut. Mid-palate brings out some floral Noble hops. The finish gives more toffee with some floral hops notes sticking around
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into the finish
O- one of the most well balanced and full flavored beers that you will find under 4$ abv. 10 years on BA and I finally get to review an English Pale Mild! Well done, I hope they keep this in the regular rotation

Pours caramel color into pint glass, bit of head, smell of nuts and caramel. This is a really great find. The overkill on IPA's has left so many beer styles left forgotten or unexplored. This is one of the best beers I've had in awhile in a style that you rarely find attempted. Taste is nuts, caramel and malty, wonderful silky feeling in the mouth. The best beer I've had from this brewer. Gotta say thanks to these guys for doing something different...old:)....AFIPA is killing me.
