16oz can poured into a tulip
A- pours a deep amber color with a one-finger creamy off-white head that has good retention after the pour
S- heavy rum and coffee on the nose, with undertones of creamy milk sugars, vanilla, chocolate and light char. Quite aromatic
T- earthy and herbal light roast coffee up front quickly gives way to bold rum barrel notes, adding flavors of banana, brown sugar and toffee. Mid-palate gives light notes of vanilla and cocoa nibs. The finish gives some creamy milk sugars before giving way to strong coffee and rum on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that turns slightly creamy into a warming finish
O- this one is for the rum fans, as the barrel is dominant, all of the adjuncts work well together
