Growler poured into a tulip
A- pours a clear pale straw color with a one-finger foamy white head that reduces to a ring
S- smells of limes, lemons, toasted wheat, yogurt and a hint of green apple
T- tart up front with notes lemon leading the way. Mid-palate gives some lactic tartness, adding a hint of yogurt. The finish gives more tart lemon, along with toasted wheat. Lingers of tart lemon, with some lime notes as well, wheat on the linger
M- light body with medium carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a tart, semi-dry finish
O- almost puckering but still super drinkable, reminiscent of Westbrook's Gose, which is certainly a compliment
