16 oz can from West Virginia ($6.00).
This good looking imperial stout is rich, lightly sweet, and mildly boozy. It's brewed with enough toasted coconut to add a judicious amount of coconut to the chocolate malt and other ingredients.
Overall. This seems about midway between a Russian Imperial Stout and an American Pastry Stout. It drinks about like expected given the 11.5% ABV listed on the label.

From the 16 oz can in a snifter with special thanks to Jeanette and Jamie! Cheers!
This monster pours a muddled blackish brown with a nice head of brown foam that
settles to a thick ring, thin dusty layer, and sports some subtle lacing and nice legs.
Nose of toasted coconut, nuts, char, dark brown sugars, rich char, and deep roasted
goodness dashed with subtle whiskey. Flavors hit the mark with whiskey, oak, char,
vanilla, dark coffee, dark brown sugars, coconut, and nuts amongst layers of dark
roasted goodness. Mouth feel is full, smooth, rich, coating, warming, and finishing
with a bitter malt and warming booze note.
Overall, a winner that is nicely balanced and not overly cloying!
Cheers

3/1/24 On tap at brewery in Ghent WV for Leah's birthday month excursion!
Definitely sweet on the nose and taste. Much too sweet for Leah, but to be expected for an imperial.
Beautiful tan head, but minimal lacing.
Can definitely pick up the coconut and macadamia in the nose. And the flavor follows. Definite soccer from the rye
