They serve imperial pints at the Sailfish, but have a tendency to pour them short in the glass. This pilsner starts as a frail yellow beer with white airy suds. It is exceptionally clear in a manner that works well for the style. But it's also a bit too sulfury in the aroma and taste. And despite an advance sweetness, it tastes over-hopped and strained. The hops are too aggressive to achieve the dry cleanliness a pilsner aspires to. The touch of butter in the nose doesn't work at all.
