375 ml green bottle, batch #3, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.5%. Hazy ancient pink colour, no head. Aroma of lactic acid and lemons, only a hint of beetroot and absinthe. Flavour with the same elements, medium sour, but the beetroot and absinthe / wormwood are more distinct now. Moderate bitterness. Quite interesting.

Wild ale with Kvass. Batch. N. 1.
Deep orange, hazy, with a beautiful white and creamy head.
In the smell sour notes, tending to the lamic. A lot of yeast, fresh bread.
Same for the taste, with a pleasant sourness. Citrus notes, and spicy.
Vey interesing and pleasant.

According to label a blend of barrel aged Saisons and golden sours infused with Kvass (drink from sourdough bread and beets.
Orange body with some haze to it. little fine white foam
Red beets immediately, the earthy component but also red fruits like cherries. peppery saison yeast
taste is also red beets but well balanced with saison dryness and yeast character, fruitiness too, tart but not overwhelmingly sour, ends a again earthy with some wood barrel note mixed in
Medium body, not as thin as you would expect from a sour beer with such low abv, appropriate refreshing carbonation and a little tannic experience that plays well with earthiness
excitingly novel beer. earthiness from red beets dominate experience but nicely integrated into saison style
