golden slightly murky body with little fine white foam
a little typical barnyard brett but also fruits like pears and green melon, the oak barrel is there but really clean
bright tart dry and fruity
crisp, very fine carbonation, prickles even after long gone
really nice bretted but also soured refreshing pale ale, very much like a good Geuze that is less sour but more bitter
