deep copper or mahagoni color, fledgling off-white foam, little carbonation.
aroma is woody probably coming from the barrel ageing, there is also a stinky earthiness that could be the added bark of willow tree.
Taste is moderately but deep tart, which means it comes in layers and sticks around for some time, woody as well and a certain rustiness where the amber malt plays a role aside from the critters, some bitterness too
body is thin to moderate with surprising amount of carbonation in regards how it looks and given this barrel aged. Astringency is felt too
Pretty complex moderately tart mixed fermentation and barrel aged beer.
