Collaboration with Van Moll. Bourbon Barrel.
Lightly hazy orange appearance, with a very beautiful and elegant foam, one finger.
Cereals in the smell, rye, and a mx of coconut and vanilla.
The taste starts sweetish, with light wild notes, even vinous. Ripe fruit. Again coconut and vanilla. Then apricot, almond.
Some yeasty note.
Lightly tart finish, white wine like.
Very strange, but interesting!
