Timeless is our second collab with White Stork Beer Co, a turbid mashed beer with Bulgarian Limets (a type of grain) blended with an amber rye saison and a golden sour. The taste is rich and complex due to its long ageing of 25 months on French oak barrels. Notes of yellow fruit like pear and peach are layered with funky aromas from aged hops and wild yeast. The mouthfeel is creamy and full as a result of the turbid mashing and the Limets grain. 5.9% ABV
