De Mercado medieval de Gines. En copa Teku. Con salchichón ibérico. Jugando a Dead Cells. IPA de centeno bien hecha, con el áspero tono de este en su punto adecuado. Si acaso algo más de presencia de lúpulo se le echa en falta para sobresalir, pero resulta plenamente disfrutable

Tap @ Bonobo, Alicante - Pours red amber with a medium white foamy head. Medium carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma - citrus hops - grapefruit/orange, rye/malty notes. Taste - Sweet citrus hoppy forefront, middle rye feel, crisp light/medium bitter finish. Very nice. Rye notes come through even in the cold.
